Longitudinal engine layout, installed at the side of the cab in a central position to the chassis.This layout allows optimal balancing of the machine's weights. Deutz TCD 3.6 74.4 kW - 100 hp engine equipped with diesel prefilter with water separator.The complete opening of the bonnet facilitates inspections and maintenance, and there is also a raised platform, with handrails and handholds, to allow technicians to work on the engine more comfortably.

Powertrain

Characterised by a width of 920 mm to ensure comfort for all customers. The front glass (windscreen) can be opened to increase ventilation inside the cab. To further improve operating comfort, the machine can be equipped with an Air Conditioning system (mounted on the cab roof).

Access to the cab is simple and easy thanks to the 180° opening door, the suspension seat swivels through 180° and, together with the controls replicated at the rear, allows comfortable barrel-side driving, ensuring comfort of use during loading and laying.

The machine has been designed with an innovative "Dual View" design to ensure maximum visibility in both driving directions, thereby facilitating all operational phases. This enhancement in visibility not only increases driving comfort but also improves safety during on-site operations, allowing the operator to work in the best possible conditions.

Efficiency

The machine hydraulic system is composed of a self-priming pump with 3-way diverter (drum, tank or washing lance). A hose allows supply from an external source and a lance is set up for washing the machine at the end of the shift.

The four-wheel drive, together with the oscillating front axle, differential lock and high ground clearance, make the DBM the off-road mixer par excellence. In addition, it is possible to manage the steering with three different solutions: front wheels, pivot steering and crab steering.
